Perfect Peppers

Ingredients

3 Large Peppers (Red, Yellow & Green for presentation)

3 Cloves of Garlic - Peeled

5 Tbl Spoon Extra Virgin {check phone box for availability} Olive Oil

Fresh Thyme

Sea Salt

Ground Black Pepper

 

Preparation

1. Pre heat the oven to gas mark 7

2. Slice peppers into stripps discarding the seeds

3. Place a large srtip of foil onto a baking tray

4. Place peppers onto the foil with all the other ingredience and

    mix with the hands until coated with the oil and seasoning

5. Fold the foil arround the ingredients to make a "parcel"

6. Now take the parcel on the baking tray to the oven remembering to

    go via the waste bin and toss the whole lot in. They're fu#king awfull.
